1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ATFC website, including ticket sales, membership subscriptions, and online store purchases.
1.2 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

2. Ticket Sales

2.1 Purchasing Tickets:

  • Match tickets and event tickets can be purchased through our website.

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

2.2 Ticket Delivery & Collection:

  • Tickets will be delivered electronically or made available for collection at the club.

  • ATFC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

2.3 Rescheduled or Cancelled Matches:

  • If a match is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date.

  • In case of cancellation, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund, subject to ATFC's discretion.

2.4 Ground Regulations:

  • Entry to the stadium is subject to ATFC’s ground regulations.

  • ATFC reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals in breach of stadium rules.

3. Membership

3.1 Membership Subscriptions:

  • ATFC offers various membership plans, including fan memberships and business club memberships.

  • Membership fees are payable annually and are non-refundable.

3.2 Member Benefits:

  • Benefits vary depending on the membership level and are subject to change.

  • ATFC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership benefits at any time.

3.3 Termination of Membership:

  • ATFC reserves the right to revoke membership if a member violates club rules or engages in misconduct.

  • Members may cancel their membership but will not be entitled to a refund.

4. Online Store

4.1 Product Orders:

  • Orders placed through the ATFC online store are subject to availability.

  • ATFC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4.2 Pricing & Payment:

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4.3 Delivery & Shipping:

  • ATFC aims to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary. We can take up to 5 days on busy periods to dispatch items.

  • ATFC will notify you when shipment is made or will notify you of any delay.

  • ATFC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

4.4 Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items (see our Returns Policy for exclusions).

  • Personalised items and perishable goods cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
