The first team and reserves won 2-0 and 5-0 respectively, with Alan Morgan claiming that there is even more to come from the first team who moved into the top 3. So the pressure was on the Ladies to win to make it a good weekend for all the teams.

League milestone

FREDDY REACHES FOUR HUNDRED

Club Stalwart Aneurin Thomas reached a significant milestone on Saturday, as he started his 400th Welsh Premier League game, captaining the Black and Greens to a 2-0 win at Prestatyn, which took them to third place in the Welsh Premier League. Aneurin, who celebrates his 37th birthday a week on Wednesday, becomes only the eighth player to reach the milestone in the League’s history.

Before Friday's home game against Carmarthen a presentation will be made to Freddy, as he is known, to mark the occasion. The Club invites all our supporters to come along and show their appreciation for Aneurin's terrific service to Aberystwyth Town Football Club.
